Join us for the 14th Annual Health Explosion on October 11–12, 2025! Hosted by Mount Pleasant Baptist Church’s SEE Ministry and The Bridge City, this free weekend event features family fun, wellness screenings, expert workshops, and community resources to help you build strength, endurance, and triumph in every season of life - the heart of this year's S.E.T. theme.

Join us for a Community Family Fun Day featuring food trucks, rock wall climbing, flag football, and other exciting attractions. Highlights include a live Step Show competition (RSVP by 9/11!) for participating teams, fire and safety demonstrations, community resource tables, and a family-friendly movie. It’s an afternoon full of fun, learning, and connection for all ages.

Sunday’s Health Expo focuses on wellness, offering free health screenings, educational seminars, and interactive workshops. Connect with health vendors and explore resources to help you and your family thrive
