To Recieve Christ into your heart is as simple as saying your ABCs

Admit that you are a sinner and that you need gods help.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” (Romans 3:23)
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23).

Believe that Jesus died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead.

“That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

Confess with your mouth who Jesus is.

“For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth
that you confess and are saved.” (Romans 10:10)

You have just made the most important decision of your life and
you have secured your eternal salvation.

“I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.” (1 John 5:13)

Prayer of Confession

Please say this prayer out loud with me. Dear God, I realize that I am a sinner and I cannot save myself. I thank you for sending Jesus into the world to die on the cross for my sins. I believe that you raised Him from the dead on the third day to save me. I put my total trust in Jesus alone as my Savior. I asked Jesus to come into my heart and I make Him Lord of my life. I now commit to reading and studying the Bible and to prayer. I pray this prayer in the name of Jesus.
