Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth

Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Christian Academy (MPBCCA) is located at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Herndon, Virginia. It was founded in August 2000 and has an enrollment capacity of approximately 100 students, starting at K3.
Our goal is to help develop the "whole" child, meeting needs spiritually, academically, socially, and physically. We want our students to develop strong Christian character traits such as honesty, integrity, and discipline as they strive to reach their fullest potential and glorify God. We are committed to helping our students achieve.
"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."
The academy provides a spiritual, caring, and safe learning environment. This critical foundation helps to ensure our students' success as they concentrate on their daily activities.

We encourage our students to strive for excellence-not just in academics but in Christian character. This two-fold objective is critical for our students' future success as they face life's challenges.
Our small class size gives teachers the opportunity to work with students one on one. Whether it's individual instruction or group sessions, we do whatever it takes for your child to get ahead.
You can have peace of mind knowing that your child's new friends share your Christian faith. Through the sharing of God's word, students learn the importance of kindness, honesty, and respect for one another.
The purpose of the MPBCCA Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is to support the spiritual, academic and physical well-being of MPBCCA students. This is achieved through a partnership of parents, students, teachers and administrators of MPBCCA.
