Vision
To provide a Christ-centered catalyst, enablement, and implementation strategy to support the Church’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in assisting the Pastor to unpack God’s Vision for Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church to facilitate Church growth both spiritually and physically by:
» Develop a comprehensive network of support services for the membership
» Maintain the operation, maintenance, and necessary improvements of the church physical property.
»Assist in facilitating a pleasant and attractive climate is maintained at the worship
»Maintain an accurate record of Church Financials to support Ministry activities

» Provide the physical infrastructure to assist the MPBC Family in moving to higher levels of effective Ministry
