In line with our primary mission in Matthew 28:19 which is to "...Make disciples of all nations", we incorporate our ministry structures on Ephesians 4:12 states, "Why is it that He gives us these special abilities to do certain things best? It is that God’s people will be equipped to do better work for Him, building up the Church, the body of Christ, to a position of strength and maturity".  We are called by God to serve him not simply because it's our duty, but by our joyful desire.  Psalm 68:3 says, "But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful".
