Announcements for the Week

Children & Youth Ministry

Far too often we sit on the gifts that God has given us. Romans 12:6-7 tells us that “6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us...7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach.” The Youth ministry is looking for teachers for our weekly Wednesday night classes. There’s a call to teach waiting for you! To sign up, contact Rev. Felicia Hawkins at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 703.793.1196.

Children & Youth Ministry

It’s Back2School Time and the Children & Youth Ministry is seeking your help! Please consider SPONSORING A YOUTH in our church and community by donating Pack-N-Go Bags (Book-bag of Supplies), specific to child, grade and school. Pack-N-Go Bags can be dropped off between August 3-22, 2018, at MPBC in the main coat closet area (located in the main foyer area). School Supply lists can be picked up out- side Rev. Hawkins’ door.
